Pat Cary has been selling Seafood in the Birmingham Alabama area for 37 years he started out at Williams Seafood wholesale seafood Company in 1984 from there after several years he moved on to being Seafood manager / Seafood Buyer at several area grocery stores starting out with Western Supermarkets in Mountain Brook / Trussville then moved to Piggly Wiggly in Warrior from there went to Fishmongers in Oneonta Alabama to Bruno's in Roebuck then Hoover then move to Vincent's Market Brand of Bruno's Supermarkets as Seafood Director then his brother Lee fish and him opened up Snapper Grabbers Seafood Market in Vestavia in 2002 after the sale of Snapper Grabbers went back into the wholesale seafood at Evans Meats and Seafood after a few years there Pat left to helped start-up a new Wholesale Seafood Company in Birmingham. Steel City Seafood after several years there Pat has now started his own company serving Birminghams need for top quality Alabama Gulf Seafood whether it's wholesale to the public or serving fine James Beard award-winning chefs at top restaurants in Birmingham area
